1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Greenvia Blaine Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Greenvia Blaine Tree Service provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming and pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be subject to change if conditions differ from those initially assessed. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas and for securing pets during service. You must inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden obstacles before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or obstacles not disclosed prior to service.

6. Permits and Regulations

Property owners are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for tree work. We can provide assistance and guidance regarding permit requirements, but ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with the property owner.

7. Liability and Insurance

Greenvia Blaine Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees or property, damage caused by acts of nature, or damage resulting from undisclosed site conditions. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

8. Warranty

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. Any warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Minnesota law.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
